NUMMI single ram TT-under body cylinders are suitable for both 3-way and rear-end tipping. The cleverly designed external dimensions are kept to a minimum which means that they are easily fitted within a truck’s narrow chassis frame. The mounting cradle of the TT cylinder is reversible which makes it easier to adjust the mounting height. This makes the cylinder compatible with different vehicles and superstructures. The difference between SUT- and TT- models are the cradle, mounting and the knock off system.
Because of its small size, the tipper is very lightweight, meaning the vehicle’s payload is not affected. Assembling the cylinder low in the chassis also has a positive influence on the vehicles center of gravity. The TT’s oil volume also is minimal which makes the cylinder fast and saves further weight.
The TT models can be used for three-way tipping because the cylinder has a rotating joint in both the chassis and the body. The way the cylinder is mounted makes it free from side loads, a fact that together with the hard chrome-plating makes long component life possible.

    Rear tipping knock-off lever set for TT models. Usable when the cradle is mounted lengthwise with welded frame bearings 320207010 or bolted frame bearings 320325030. Suitable for hydraulic or pneumatic limiter valve.

  • 3WAY KNOCK OFF LEVER TT 152 320336620

    A clamp model 3 way knock-off lever for TT 152 models. Usable when the cradle is mounted lengthwise or transverse with welded frame bearings 320207010 together with knock-off valve support 360207012 that holds the pneumatic or hydraulic knock-off valve on place. When cradle is mounted transverse with frame, knock-off valve support 320209222 is needed. On this can be mounted hydraulic or pneumatic knock-off valve. The 3-way knock-off lever is clamped around the outer tube of the cylinder and tightened with a screw. The final setup of the desired tipping angle adjusts with screws.

  • PNEUM KNOCK OFF DEVICE 360406266

    A pneumatic valve for controlling functions steered by a pneumatic spindle, for example usable as a tipping angle limiter. The kit includes mounting hardware for the valve. With the kit you can finalize the assembly.

  • RM273 250 2A-2A-1A PNEUM 360418006

    A Nordhydraulic made 3 section monoblock valve with pneumatically controlled spindles. In this model there are 2 double acting spindle for example for tail gate and hydraulic body cover controlling and 1 single acting spindle for tipping cylinder use. Maximum oil flow rate of 125L/min. The valve is equipped with 250bar main relief valve. Also the spindles have their own pressure relief valves which protect the cylinder or other device from pressure peaks. The valve can be ordered also with different pressure setting for the main relief valve and pressure relief valve. The valve block is made from cast iron. Models also available as a SuperRapid model with an increased oil flow rate of 160L/min.  Use two return tank lines with SuperRapid valve. In principle the single acting spindle is mounted closest to the return tank line shortening the lowering time of the biggest volume tipping cylinder. It is also possible to order the valve with modified spindle configuration and functions. Also available fitted with connectors of your wish.

    Complete frame for TT 3-way tipping cylinder mounting. These bearings are mounted on frame cross member z-beams. As a result the cylinder cradle sits crosswise in the truck subframe. Included in the frame: z-beams, frame beams 25ton right+left, mounting kit. For max 25ton TT cylinders.

    The welded frame bearings are used when the cradle is to be mounted longitudinally on the truck. Frame bearings are welded to the subframe cross members. Allways use these bearings when SUT limiter package is used. The bearings define the mounting height of the cylinder. Also TT models can be assembled with welded frame bearings.
